What’s funny is that is maybe a third of the area that hurts, the rest is swollen and taking its sweet time to bruise.
Don’t stop, drop and roll during whips.
Just the result of skating fast and falling hard mid crossover.

Last Tuesday I fell and hurt my ankle a little. I was pretty sure it was me falling on my own skate that caused the issue. My butt hurt a little, and I didn’t think much beyond that. Today, I noticed in the mirror that I have a nice looking bruise there and it looks like a skate wheel! Mystery solved!
